This application section will serve as the contract between your institution (AEP) and ABE. By accepting these terms, you agree that your organization will comply with the AEP program criteria and assure the quality and compliance requirements of the program.

ABE reserves the right to terminate any institution from the AEP program at any time, with or without notice, should it be discovered that the actions and practices of the institution are against the code of conduct and policies of ABE.

ABE, at its discretion, may remove any program tracks fully or in partial from the list of offerings or any institution as deemed necessary.

The relationship between ABE and the institution is at will. The institution can terminate the agreement at any time by providing 30 days advance notice and providing its services during the notice period.

The institution agrees to receive electronic communication from ABE through email at the provided email addresses in this application. Such communications may include program details, promotional materials, operational procedures, compliance requirements, notices, and other relevant details necessary to associate with ABE successfully.
