Medical Laboratory Technologists use clinical laboratory tests to identify, diagnose and treat diseases and other medical concerns. Medical Lab professionals are expected to have sound knowledge and skills in conducting tests, handling equipment, collecting information, making reports, and documenting the results. The CMLT examination tests the incumbent's knowledge and skills in these areas.
